Hi K.B. The camera was set to ISO 200, I used a big 6 foot silver reflector camera left and turned it so it didn't light the background too much. Exposure was f2.8 @ 1/125 handheld with the VR (boy it gets heavy after an hour or so!). Hope that helps.
