About Dan Lightner Photography
This is my 7th Technique to share, The erupting coke can .
I made a stand out of plywood and drilled a hole through the wood. I inserted a piece of 1/2inch tubing through the wood. I drilled a hole in the bottom of a coke can and place the can over the tubing. Fill the tube with coke , blow into the tube and the coke comes out , (fast). Shutter was set at 1/200 th of a second and aperture was set at F16 .

PS: Make sure you do this in the bathroom when the wife or husband is not home .

Very creative series !
How did you do the timing here ? Oh, i see, you blow and press the shutter .. yes ;-)
One can do that in a sun heated car too ;-) Can assure you that you don't need buddies anymore to stick papers on your dashboard !

I will ask u just one thing: Why you don't have marking option turned on? This "critique only" doesn't permit me to give you the 7 of 7 mark I really wish to give you. You are something that should be paid for! :-))) Incredible!

For those that don't know it.....I work with Dan EVERY DAY! I'm the one who finds the work, and Dan's the one who figures out how to make it! I have heard Dan called just about everything BUT foundry engineer.... The truth is, his mind never stops looking, searching for better ways to do something. I can personally attest, that his mind is a remarkable tool, and nothing that he does surprises me. I don't mind saying that I envy his photographic skills. I do, however, OWN him on poker night ;-)
Great work, Dan! ....Brad

wow this end result is very impressive, looks very commercial and professional. can you devise a way to get birds to come within like 10 feet of my lens :) I think you are missing your calling as a engineer or one of those 6 figure jobs... Really great job, very well done.....
