I missed this first time around. It really is a great shot! So rich and warm. You are doing some fine work with the A40. Look forward to seeing more of your work. Best Regards Peter

This one gave me the immediate respose of "Ohhhh -- I LIKE that!" The reflection in the water and all the repetion of forms balanced by size relationships, angles, form and tone are beautiful, relaxing and very enjoyable to view. The blurred big tree branches don't bother me -- adds to the ambiance, I guess. Thanks for sharing!!

Thank u Peter for your response. And, to puting me to your friends list :-). You know I didn't mean nothing wrong about you. This photo means a lot to me and I just wanted to see this what you mentioned by myself to IMPROVE this photo, but I symply didn't see it. Thanks again! A lot! :-)

Hi Cameny, I've been looking again on my computer at work today, and surely i must have been wrong. I enlarged the foreground tree and there is nothing wrong, so no artefacts. Must have been my eyes yesterday ..

Of course I'm not angry, don't worry about that! I like honest opinions and nothing could be said about my photos that would make me angry.
Well, if someone wrote "crap" and nothing more, then I guess it would annoy me that he/she doesn't tell why. No, serously, don't worry about what you say about my photos. I'm not that angry type! :-)
But back to this "blur" here... it's so strange that some people can see it and some can't. (?????) I will check tomorrow at work too, and see what I see there.

Hi Peter. I have been looking too on my TFT Dell 1701FP and I don't see this speckles neither. Only thing noticable is game of light passing through the branches and gentle variations in brown tone.

Thank u Kristina for your comment (again :-). I know very well what you been talking about and also I know very well this famous shades of white to black stripe. Trust me, my screen is adjusted correctly (I see all nuances between the boxes). Beside, I've been asking one my friend with HQ TFT screen to check it too and he didn't see nothing neither. OK, doesn't matter :-).
About your flower photo; yes, I found it slightly (but just slightly) underexposed ;-). I hope that you are not angry on me now . :-)))

Hello again! I didn't mean it's bad, I just meant that I could see too what Peter meant with "artefacts". Because you wrote to him that you couldn't see it.
It does look strange, but not bad. We could see it as branches blowing in the wind! ;-)
Perhaps we see different on our screens? That's a big problem with photos shown on internet, that all people have different screens so photos are shown different.
You wrote under my flower photo that you found it to dark. I don't know if you meant that you think the photo is technically to dark, or just that you prefer light colour photos. Anyway, what is important is that ALL shades from white to black can be seen on this image that I attach. If you can't see difference between the black ones then your monitor is probably to dark and should be set lighter. I attach the scale here:

Thank you Kristina for your comments an all my 3 photos :-).
This "artifacts" are little of blur produced by Neat program (original photo was pretty noisy) on which I was ready and I thought that is acceptable. I think this even improved this photo giving it a bit of dreamy effect in the branches of the trees.

It looks very beautiful! Love this composition and wonderful reflections!
I can see what Peter means! I wouldn't call it artifacts, it looks more like a strange blur on some of the tree branches.

The toning is excellent, the composition is grand .. but i'm not comfortable with the big tree, there seem to be all sorts of "artefacts", speckles between the branches.. it must be the effect you applied and the resize which made them visible .. without those it would be perfect ! (this is easy to mend in PS, on the resized photo of course, with a soft clone brush) Regards, Peter
