About	A flooded home. The occupants lost everything they owned. The town of Indiana, Philippines, was hit by a terrible typhoon, causing flood waters to reach 8 feet. In the neighborhood where I shot, 8 were confirmed dead and 3 still missing. Most of the residents lost all of thier homes and posessions.

very sad and striking, ben! That typhoon was so far the worst that hit Philippines killing hundreds of humans mostly children... this is a reminder. Stop illegal logging!!!

Nice hue selection, adds to the morbid feel. The lighting really contributes an emotional drain in this photo. I generally pefer more contrast, but in this situation the low contrast adds to the overall sense of sadness or loss.
