Awww, what a sad picture! He looks so sweet. Too bad you couldn't take him home. I always see stray dog & cats & it makes me feel so bad for them. They have such hard lives.

The very same day I looked at this picture I read an article on CNN about how the Thai Government is making those streets dogs work towards the recovery of bodies after the tsunami.
They are doing an excellent job.
Very moving.

Yes Cheryl,he seemed to have a few bites,on his back and head,the thing that caught my eye was the "snoopy" expression,when caught at the right angle ;D

perfect, it reminds me of my own photo,
'challenges'.Those stray animals are adorable.I wish we could adopt them all.They suffer too many things...
