Here are the 2 hippies on a boat friends of mine as we sail into the last part of the day. It was a stormy and windy afternoon and we sailed with a large parafoil kite that Lyle the skipper had stored below decks. I am standing on the bow as the boat rocks all over the place trying to get the shot without falling over board.
another great shot, tim. I would consider cropping it a little tighter on the bottom - taking off some, if not all of the dingy - as the white bottom really draws my attention & isn't as interesting as everything else going on in the photo. Other than that, though, i really like the shot. Again you've captured for us the feeling of being out there on the ocean on an Oct. afternoon - they look cold, huddling into their down jackets & the drama of the sky makes an incredible backdrop! I love the sun spots that you've kept in & the glare of the last bit of sunshine on the water - these elements add a great, candid feel to the photo & even the sunlight feels cold! Post more!!! :O)
