I like the concept with the birds in the foreground leading you back to the building. I'd make two suggestions though. First, I think it might be a bit better if it wasn't so tightly cropped. Alittle more sky above the clock tower would mak it seemless crowded. Right noe the top of the tower points the viewer right out of the picture frame. Second, you should consider using a very small aperture (f22 or smaller) and focusing on the duck in front. This should still give you enough DOF to keep the background in acceptable focus and also have the foreground duck in focus. In most cases a blurry foreground object is a major distraction to the viewer. I really like the scene as it looks like you visualized it. To me it just needs a few technical changes to make it a real winner.
