Woweee, this is outstanding. You have captured everything so beautifully. The cyclist stopped in its motion, the slight movement of the water, the turmoil building in the sky. And of course not forgetting the gentle swans in the background. Outstanding, and I wouldn't be surprised if this collects a few awards.

Gosh, that is really neat.
+ Great contrast and color stauration
+ I like the composition, good timing on capturing the cyclist in the frame
- Suggestion: I'm seeing a lot of pixelation in the sky, perhaps you were using a gradient? If it is Photoshop darkening, excellent job, but make sure you don't over do it and speckle the image.
