Wonderful friendly buddhist monk in Dharamsala, we became friends but never spoke as I knew Hindi & English and he only Tibetan. Smiles, embraces, and gestures were our language.
wow. :blush: thank you so much! That means a lot to me. I suppose that is, in a way, my goal. I try to capture an 'essential' part of some story, connection, etc. in travel. The "spirit of a place and time" you might say. and I do try usually to make my 'about' reveal more depth. thank you for appreciating it and the amazing compliment. Keep tasting the pictures! :-)
You know Sam what is equal to your wonderful photos?!! your words, i always jump to read your About, then it see the picture through different eyes, if i missed reading the about, i can't taste the picture '' did i just invent a new photography expression .. taste the photo .. sounds weird'' Any way, your pictures always give us a jump in the time and the place, you are the travailing machine of UF, thanks for sharing all those wonders, regards,
