About These cranberrys are floating on the water surface of the bog they were grown in. .. When they are ready to harvest.. the bogs are flooded. A special machine is then used to separate the berry from it's vine .. and they float to the surface to be harvested. As you will see...it is a very ingenious method ... eliminating tedious hand picking.
