Excellent shot, Amit. I like the composition - the spotlight and the buildings add scale to the display. Your exposure time is perfect for fireworks - the display is captured just right.

This one is impressive too - it gives a real sense of how the fireworks "unfold" and I love the reflected glow in the water. :)

Hi Joann,
Thanks for your wonderful comments. I did use a tripod for these extended exposures and ISO100 to get the colors and least noise.

Fabulous clarity and detail in this shot. Love the spotlight on the right side of the image. These shots are difficult to shoot without blur showing up somewhere in the image. You have done a wonderful job of capturing the essence of your subject matter. Did you use a tripod?
