Hi MarySue, Very refreshing style of animal portrait photography. I also like the PS processing; I have to keep this in mind, as the effect of the blurred top layer creates almost a romantic atmosphere... ) The full frontal style renders the portrait almopst human (I guess it's the comparison of photographic approach). I also think the absence of a background (basically using the fur for that purpose) is a very creative touch.... Very good shot, a pleasure to look at!

He/she has great eyes. I like the detail in the photo, even the skin texture of dog's nose comes through. Good image.
