Fabulous lighting...very good use of backlighting. I'd like a little more light on his head...but fill flash might have wrecked the backlighting. Very well done. Be proud!

Ken this is an awesome shot. I am always impressed with nature shots like this as I know it takes patience and skill to pull them off. You were there at the right time and with only a fleeting moment you were able get a great shot like this one. Moments in nature like this always leave me awestruck......*smile* Maggie

Really really like the lighting on the feathers. Also like the stark composition -- although one that showed just a smidge more environment would be great too.
