Lovely... a delightful rose, and all the fresher and more beautiful for having rain on its face. This "snapshot" treatment has a freshness and spontaneity that goes with the rose better than a formal, meticulous "macro" might.

In contrast to some comments, I think that the open aperture, creating a differential focus and blurring the backgound, makes this photo really work, dear Antonella.

Yes,Tonino,it surely can be done by placing the camera on the tripod and close the aperture to the minimum value like f 16 or f 22,thus resulting in a very long exposure time.
That way everything will be in focus and that's how real macros are done.
This is a simple close-up, handheld on a stormy overcast day.

the flower is gorgeous and the composition too, I wonder if better result could be obtained with enlarged DOF range thus having just all the flower in sharp focus
