Its interesting what Pedro said, as the first compliment I'd give you on this shot is the wonderful catchment in the eyes! There's no life or emotion without that light. Great model!

Nice posing and framing.
I like the catchlights on the eyes caused by the softbox, as I think they draw attention to the eyes, make them come alive a bit more.
My gripe is with the shadow from the nose... but it's a small gripe :)

Well, Pedro the reflection is the softbox on her right. You can always know what light source was used on a photo by looking at its reflection on the eyes.
