Your white dog looks a little blown out... I'm not sure if you metered the scene, or just went with what the camera chose, but perhaps try bracketing your exposures, metering one of the dog, which will give you more detail in his/her fur and one also stopped down a stop or two so you have some to choose from. Still, I think the framing is really great, with the canted angle adding a little more tension, which I know training dogs can add tension into a person's life!! hahahha ( I have two dogs as well!)

Hi Don,
D70 is an excellent machine for the new comer of DSLR like me, it's difficult for me to handle in the first few days, and I thought that the picture quality of my CP5700 was better at that time... However when I know more about the D70 after next few days, I started to feel its potential, the most important is the costom setting, I think I need to spend much more time in using it. Anyway, I love the D70.

Hallo Edmond! Even this angle makes the watchers little duzzled, it is a nice way to crop a subject! I can say an artistic way! Best regards, JH.
