This was taken during my walk of the Camino de Santiago in Spain last year. It was a break after walking some 15 km on the Meseta in North Spain and a group of us were having lunch. This guy - a really great Spaniard - was sitting on the kerb and thinking to himself about something. Without trying to disturb him I took a quick snap with a point and shoot camera. The photo here has been scanned in and so is not of the same quality as the prints I've made of it. Being a point and shoot I had no control of aperture etc. so the data filled in is a pure guess. Nevertheless, walk the Camino sometime in your life!
