It does look sorta crooked. I like dark contrasty images so I'm probably not the right person to give you advice on that. I was thinking, though... this would make a fantastic lith print!! An example below (not my photo). Fantastic process for this sort of scene.

I agree about the lightening on the right. Other than that and what Jeroen mentioned, I think its a quite nice shot.

A tad lighter on the right, especially just around the pier where the waves break. And as noted the horizon needs straightening out.
Other than that it works well.

I agree with Alan, the horizon is distracting. I'd lighten the 25% gray a bit if it didnt hurt the contrast and go muddy. - JB

I think it works Eric. I would think about bringing up the shadow levels a bit, and straightening the horizon. Other than that, nice moody shot. Here is an altered version, whether it is more or less effective is up to the viewer.
