Nice work. I agree with Bob....my eyes are immediately drawn to the blackheads of the guy, which should be cloned away. Also I would like to see lower lip of the girl too.

This is a very creative, intimate shot. I like it a lot. However, I think you need to fix/spot the blemishes in the man's nose. Other than that, this is a wonderful, very well conceived image.
