Taking this as a posed portrait, I'd say you grabbed a nice smile here but the contrast is a bit high and the light a bit harsh. I also wish we could find out where her head ends and where the background starts. A slightly higher camera angle or the model leaning a bit forward would also de-emphasize her breast. An average picture imo. Regards.
