Very nice image Verna! You do have a way of making eyes "jump" that's for sure. Good image but I like the crop suggestion. No biggy though...very nice...and very pretty.

I really like the pose, and the lighting, and the composition except for all that space above the head and a little on the right side. How do you like the one I cropped?

I agree about the crop, it feels like there is too much empty space above her head. (I tend to do that too)

A very appealing portrait, The eyes are the essence of this and the area above the hat does not add to the overall impact. I feel a tighter crop, maybe to a square image would work (IMHO) Regards & Happy New Year John
