What happened to the tree? ;) Maybe you mean that in NY there are always Christmas trees made of steel and cement! ;)) In any case it?s a nice shot, I don?t know if I see the moon or a lens reflections, but I like it! Bye Max

So where is your bridge? Yes I sharpened and contrasted some to make up for the scan. Thanks for the comment on the Dark Corner, it meant a lot to me...And I don't count off for spelling! :) Happy New Year, Jake!

Lens flare to the right - or is it the moon? New York, capital of the world, home of anomie and the end of the human-scale city. This is about right. Also quite a change from your usual subject matter. To those who want to see more of the tree: poor little tree, it's actually quite tall, but in NY it hasn't got a chance, for these are the Eyes of Mammon ("The eyes of Mammon are a thousand blind windows" - Alan Ginberg).

I like the perspective but would like to see more of the tree! Merry Christmas!

Nice night shot, but I don't know so much about the title, mostly because you can't see anything but the top of the tree, unless you were comparing the building to the tree perhaps?
