I think the motion was stopped nicely too. I wonder if it would look any better a little brighter; and maybe a point of view that would not have that yellow stripe in the background (is that a fence?) Or maybe you could just move the windmill so it has a different background for a photo.
I like the windmill! I bet it's fun to watch. :)

( we want to come up and shoot the falls this winter )
