About Taken in downtown Seattle. I was taken by the contrast of lines and architecture style. I think the tree and awning take up too much interesting space, but wasn't able to get a better angle. Please comment! Thanks :)

I enjoy the photo just as it is. I think the different angles and textures of the lines make for an interesting perspective. The tree in the corner helps to soften the image and adds to the attraction. Great job!

Hi Paul:
The idea is good. Is well put the title too. But, in my opinion, I think you should work more in the frame, I mean for example, try to aboid the cable at the midle of the photo.
Try this one at 50mm and horizontal. You could obtain something like that...(see atached)
and... sorry for my english...
Cheers, and keep that talent.
Jose

Hmm.. Actually. I do find your crop to be quite pleasing. It really accentuates the semi-circle feature in the old building facade. I would've expected the tree to become too dominant, but it doesn't seem so. Thanks very much for your feedback!

The composition/angle is quite interesting, Paul. But ... I think it would be much better without the wires and the part at the bottom. What do you think about the attached suggestion?
