About I took many of your suggestions. I back up off the texture. Cropped tighter and sepia toned it. I like it better. Thank you all.

Wonderful work yet again Debra. A classic portrait with excellent use of lighting and tones and a well balanced composition. The tiniest little thing (which I hate to mention) was the slight loss of harmony in the contrast with the modern typeface with the words "Photography".

Excellent!!! As I did love the original the cropping and toning adds a different flavor to this image!! I am so torn as to which one I like better. I will just not choose. I will say that this image is a stronger version. It's composition is stronger. I hope you got what you were looking for Debra. Great Job. I will put this into my favorites as well.
