This shimmering reflection is really nice. One part of the highlights is blown out, but that allowed you to give the dark areas a lot of detail. Good choice.

The water looks excellent! The exposure almost perfect... it can be little little bit less exposure but nothing bad... my rating is the best, just an idea. When I take photos in night I always overexposed and underexposed... I take many many photos so I can chose the better photos. About the sky... little bit grainy. Try to use the blend tool (Corel Photo Paint has it surely) so the grainy will fixed! Best regards, JH.
