Hello Joao:
An appealing composition and a very nice shade of blue. Here's an idea of some things you could do in Photoshop with this image -- it's very rough and I think I even have it backwards. But you can probably following the general approach, which is that I copied the reflection in the water, pasted it back into the image with a horizontal and vertical flip, then used a reveal all layer mask to blend it back into the image (rather crudely to save time) and finally adjusted the density of the image with curves.
If you prefer the original, and you very well might, then just ignore all this. Best -J
