thanks for all the comments.
the PS work is not that much actually;
1) Desaturated the sky a lot
2) Desaturated the rest a little
3) The light on the fence comes mostly from the lights on my jeep but added some light dodging.

Wow, What a shot! This photograph is so moody. Just a tiny niggle; the highlight on the fence seems just a touch too bright for my liking. Overwise, congrats, you've shot a great photograph.

The composition is right on, but the highlight on the fence looks like an over-done dodge. A little too contrived for me. If this is natural light, then...never mind.
