i agree that the frame is too thick. otherwise fantastic. barriers, standing and falling. the blurred imageof a man walking past adds a lot. well seen and taken. makes you think.

Nice composition with the different geometric forms. I'm not sure about the black frame, though. It's nice that you waited for someone to appear in the picture, the moving figure contrasts with the still scenery.
