Good choice of subject (i've made some pics like this just tomorrow), but IMO there's a lot of confusion around here, composition should be really simpler to enhance the waterdrops... The focus seems to be on the leaf behind the one with the drops... I don't know if you're using a macro lens, but in this case a shorter distance or even a wider aperture would have helped...
