Dan, I hope you enjoy the process of buying a macro lens. For me this is always an exciting time! I do remind you to buy the longest lens you can afford. Since I bought a 200mm. macro, I rarely use my 60 and 105mm. I also use my 300mm telephoto a lot for close-up work.

I didn't know these butterflies were in New Zealand too. Do they call them Monarchs over there too, or is it a slightly different species?
