Yup, i agree - the capture is a street capture and he is sleeping in a small roadside park, the background was distracting in all directions, the expression on his face was to tempting to leave so just went ahead.. thanks much appreciate your time

I find the background too busy. The empty space on the left is a little distracting because of the hot spots on the palms. The hot spots keep drawing my eye away from the subject and over to the left, especially the upper left. In this case, perhaps cropping the palms out would help draw attention on you subject.
