This is so awesome CJ! Fantastic capture - I will be watching for more. I am looking forward to our baby robbins - they are nesting in the support beam of our deck right now. (actually strangely enuf they are building 11 nests at once??? - condos I guess hehe) I won't have as direct a view as you do so I won't promise any great pictures.

I'm hoping to post a photo of these little guys every couple days as they grow.. as long as the mother doesn't seem to mind.. right now she seems perfectly fine with us leaning out the window to see what's gone on since we last checked. She sits on the nearby fence and watches, but never seems disturbed or flustered. As long as that continues, I'll keep posting! Photo 2939 is cool too! Those babies seem to be a little further along than these robins... but still not all that attractive. I'm really going to enjoy watching the transformation from the featherless blobs they are now, into beautiful birds. Thanks for the comment.

CJ, this is a terrific series. Baby birds in the nest are not that easy to shoot...we had a go at it last year. Check out #2939. This shot is great because the way the birds are leaning against each other. Keep them coming!
