I agree with Riny Dave. Fantastic. Is that 70-300 a APO or just the DG? I have both but my APO is a dud. Great if all the colours are similar shades but if there is any bright bits, forget it. DG runs rings around it which shouldnt happen. Tony's APO is awesome.10/10 Cheers

Very good cintrast against the background again, Dave! The bird stand out completely clear and crispy and its contours really define its shape so well!! Even the certain iverexposure on its shoulders seems to enhance its contrast against the background and so it turns to areal protagonist this way. Especially considering its clear and sharo details on its face, feet and tip of its wing at the left, it gets even more vivid and real.
And then, those great surface patterns and textures of the water finish it up so well... A great scene for such a good subject.
