It does look very strong in its perfect expisure balance that allowed the captured details to be burned so well on the image, Luca! The textures of the wall are amazing. The man at the bottom right sits exactly at the right place for a well balanced composition too, and the timing intriduced also a bit more tension, as he looks to the right out of the image.
First I thought that excluding the far background from the DoF would not be as advantageous but the more I loojk at the image the more I get the impression that it works nicely here. It raises the strentgh of the atmosphere in those narrow roads by making them visually even narrower.
Good idea!
