About	This was growing wild on the road side in Tasmania. Oh, how I wished I had a tripod. I just held my breath and said a little prayer that this capture would do justice. ;) Here in the US, these are found only in shops and at a dear price. I have added my own artistry to this image in photoshop. A member of the Proteaceae family the scientific name is Leucospermum cordifolium; common name is Pincushion.
