This is a good photo - the lighting is beautiful, the texture of the waves is visually intriguing, and the lone tree among snow and water makes for an interesting focal point. All that being said, I don't know if the vertical orientation of the shot is helping you that much. I'd love to see the same scene shot horizontally, to the point that the viewer gets to see even more of the light source (which I am assuming is a sunset, right?) Other than than, fantastic work.
