LOL, heck I can't even use the programs I have. I have, PS2.0, PS8.0 and PS3... I don't really have a clue on anything, but sharp, resize, curves and small things like that...

In answer to your question; HDR is High Dynamic Range imaging.

This is a method where 3 or more of the same image from 3 or more exposure values (EG. -2 stops 0 +2 stops) are overlayed within a program such as Photomatix Pro. This process allows the details within the highlights (from -2 stops) mid values (0) and shadow areas (from +2 stops) to all be recognised from within the final merged image. Programs such as Photomatix Pro also allow for further enhancements of the merged image commonly known as 'Tonemapping'. I hope this helps.
