Thanks Nick. No i wouldnt give any lip. I could try running away but Rachel is very fit and id run out of puff and then id be in worse trouble. I think she would use my head for a speed ball, punching it lol. Luckily there isnt anything there to hurt though hehe. Cheers. Keith

Hahaha no Harry, i wouldnt. Id look like a beached whale to them lol. After the drug test was done, we went to dinner and she ate about 4 plates of main meal and a few plates of sweets lol. Wasnt so much hunger but ti get the taste of different foods again. Put 10kg on in 3 days and looks 100% and very happy. Be well Harry. Cheers. Keith

Thankyou dear Parehan. I agree but Rachel has now retired. Always very fit, she trained hard for 3 or 4 months and cleaned up and then gave it away. Very hard on the body with what you eat and the dehydrating for comp. Hugs. Keith

Hi Jen. Yes, im happy she has retired. Very hard on the body with the dehydrating and no fruit and just certain foods. Lots of disapline to do this. Then no fluids for the last 24 to 30 hours which then makes it hard to do the drug tests after.
Lots of wet weather here at the moment. Lots of damage as well. Hugs. Keithxx

Thanks Nicki. Yes, Rachel has retired and is very happy that she gave it a go and not doing it now. Lots of disapline needed for that sport. Only took her 3 months to get into shape for comp. Within a week was back to normal weight and laughing. Big bear hugs. Keithxx

It is a great capture Keith but you know that I'm not a fan from women Body Building!I don't understan these women ...their body is really not nice with all these muscles!But it is also a matter of taste!
