Thanks Bipro for your suggestions.
Actually I tried to create the balance between head and hand so for the sake of composition I did'nt go close. Yes there could ba a object in the left side, Ok, I will try to take another shot like this.

Thank you Sid Da. I agree with you, ektu bounce light thakle hoito valo hoto. Actually amar kono reflector chilo na. Eta ami table lamp er alo te tulechi.

Lighting ta ektu harsh ...ektu bounce holey hoyto better hoto...but overall good composition and tones
