Very very atmospheric and also a bit of aged-like for its dostinct coloring, Claudio. You certainly got a good enhancement of perspective by the leading lines of the walking road. The wider angle style helped also by its veryy accentuating way to produce a limited DoF. The details on the foreground stand out quite well but without completely reducing the background to some oversoftened canvas, and so we do have a good impression of what lies further in the distance. The gut of the houses at the left seems a bit "unfinished", which of course can only be said by a spectator that doesn't know if there was any other possibility. The heavy clouds add some tension to the whole view.
Now, all that is definitely the mediterranean look, isn't it? The image sas so. You don't need to spend half a fortune for making a poster that says what you sell. And somehow the same 24 hours of a day seem to be much longer down there in the south. And I sit here in Lucerne, writing comments about images. Something is definitely wrong with me. ey? ;-)
