The colours really caught my eye in the thumbnail. Almost metallic looking greens. Composition is ok but it might work better if the Dragon was rotated and on the diagonal across the frame and the stick and background elements in the vertical plane.

It is a shame that the lighting is only from beneath the Dragon Fly though. It seems to loose something by having the top of the body in shadow. The body and wings of teh fly are a little sift as well. It looks like the focus is slightly in front of the Dragon with the head, feet and closest wingtip gaining sharpness from the lenses Depth of field.

All in all I think that you have made a pretty good attempt given the difficulty of getting these guys to sit still. keep shooting
