This is a great shot, I do agree that you do loose the clown somewhat in all the background. It's been a while since I have photographed out in Victoria.

Your scary clown seems a bit buried in it's environment, William. Seems as though you wish to portray a place (Europe?) more than the subject, in my humble opinion. I think this would be a stronger image if you cropped some from the top to center the focus on the evil clown. Just my opinion.
