Morning Jen. I am pretty sure we are 6 hours apart so now it is 9:26 a.m. for me and just had my 1st cup of coffee as I prepare myself for a busy day at the office :(
I am not very fond of dry wines either but lately I have been trying some and have enjoyed the french reds since they are not so dry.
It would be great to have a bottle or two, or three together...hahahha :)

I do agree, Africa has amazing clouds, so very different from Holland! You make me embarresed by telling al these nice things, I just love making shots and always looking for differnet tgings, don't have that at home, strange isn't it?
Must say Stellenbosch is also very different from other places in Africa, can see it was a Dutch colony I'm afraid...weird to see and think of it...

Lots of clouds, I learned from a friend in Africa, how to look at clouds, the first thing he always did was lookig at the sky in the early morning......like saying it will rain in 3 hours and till then it was cloudless.....:)
