Thanks for your comments. I would just like to say that normally don't like titles like this one, titles that try to add to the photo instead of just describing it, however this title is becuase i have a close friends whose father is dying of lung cancer. so that is for him.

Great crop and nice use of DOF. Very criative also. I think the use of a more powerfull tele photo will help to get a even more blur background. But the photo is very good however.
