Great nocturnal shot, with very nice color range. Excellent low angle camera position. Great detail in the foreground as well as good sharpness in the back. I like the arrangement of the bicycles and how the lines are converging on the right lading the eye from one side of Your pictue to the other. Also the glaring street light fills the emptines of the dark sky. This is a 7 with no doubt in my opinion
