You have achieved great lighting for this image. No disturbing shadows in the face, catchlights in her eyes; the colour of the background provides an excellent contrast with her dress, while being discreet enough not to steal away attention from the girl.
To the negative issues - the top of the shadow of her head is very close to the edge of the photo; and then there's her left hand, or rather, pieces of it. They're not something that would totally ruin the photo, in fact I don't tend to notice them unless I sprecifically look for them, but it would be interesting to see how the pic would look without the fingers there.

Athos, what a great model you have! She is really gorgeous. The colour of the background really fits well with her clothing, and the little lights in her eyes make a winner of this photo !

I like the cropping, and I think the background makes a good contrast for the model, and you capture a nice look on her. Nice shot all around.

The first thing to strike me is the lighting, which I feel is excellent. Maybe I would have positioned it a little higher though. The second thing in the background, which I find a little distracting. Do you think it would be better if it went full width?
The other point, a small one, is that I think the eyes need to be off-centre but perhaps not quite so far off.
The pose is very effective and generally I think you've made a great job of this.
