About	Another visit to the Singapore Botanical Gardens provided this photo opportunity. The evening sun provided a warm sidelight which helped to create an interesting highlight on the water lily itself. A large aperture was used to create a narrow DOF so that the viewer's attention is kept on the lily. All comments and critiques welcome!

By placeing the main subject in the lower corner the viewer eye tends to follow the out of focus lilly pads to nothing iy you tur the composition around the eye will folloe the lilly pads to the in fouus flower.

Hi Eng,
it is easy to comment a beautiful photo.
You see it and you know it.
Great way of managing the round leafs, leaving untouched just the nearest one.
Warm light, soft colors and a delicate result.
