Thank you for your comment Sylvia. Its been almost 3 months now since my dog has passed and the house still feels empty. She was a big part of our lives.
I'm sorry to hear of your losses aswell. It is a shame they live such short lives.

Thank you all for your kind words. They are appreciated. Who would have thought loosing a dog would be so hard. She was a big part of our family. We will always have fond memories of her and we will always remember her.

Tammy looks like a Sheltie, and my Sheltie was just diagnosed with lymphoma and I've been taking pictures of him like crazy all summer since we found out. What a lovely photo and memory of your Tammy.

Heidi -- My sympathy to you for your loss of the beautiful Tammy. My Zoe, an 11 year old Bassett, died this past November and my wife and I still think of her all the time. We never forget the love and companionship that our "special" family members bring us.

Oh such a beautiful dog and so sad losing her. I know how you feel.
Still it“s a privilege being able to finish their life, so they don“t have to suffer.
