This is a beauty, Jay. Not easy to look at, and yet I want to keep going back to look at it again. I find the eye so perfect, so human, in the midst of all the not so beautiful parts.
Emotionally, this seems to be this photo's strong point: we are all human, we all feel pain, despite our differences and flaws.
I think you've done this really well.
